Founded by Amanda Stroman, a 20-year dental veteran and former clinical director of a multi million dollar practice, Rooted Dental Academy was born from a mission: to do more than certify — to transform. We don’t just teach dental assisting. We develop leaders. Our 15-day program blends hands-on clinical skills with real-world training in confidence, communication, and leadership — because assistants deserve more than the bare minimum.
